Individual Counselling
​When your struggles become difficult to navigate we can gently guide you, as you share your experiences, and work towards solutions. Counselling is a safe space where you are able to go through a therapeutic and healing process.
Individual counseling is a personalized therapeutic process where one of our trained counsellors work one-on-one with you to address personal challenges, emotional struggles, or mental health concerns. This type of counseling provides a safe and confidential space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, enabling them to gain deeper self-awareness and develop effective coping strategies.

Child & Adolescent Counselling

Sometimes, these experiences can become overwhelming, leading to anxiety, sadness, behavioral changes, or difficulties in coping with emotions.
