More about me
Over the years I have enjoyed my work with adults and families. Supporting and educating around mental health and addiction. I have always had a desire to help others, and my experience has allowed me to learn and expand my abilities to do so. I believe that we all need support and guidance through the challenging times in our lives, and I am happy that my career has allowed me to do this. I believe in the power of positive affirmation and the importance of incorporating this into daily life.

I provide my clients and families a warm, supportive, nonjudgmental, client focused approach to work toward their individual goals and recovery. I believe that a holistic approach is very important when helping others, and look forward to providing this to my clients.

I have supported and helped individuals/families with anxiety, trauma, depression, psychosis, addiction, co-occurring disorders, self-esteem/self-confidence, stress, and grief. I am cognitive behavioral therapy/dialectical behavioral therapy informed, and currently working on expanding my awareness of interfamily systems therapy.

I look forward to working with individuals, couples, and families on their self-discovery and healing journeys. I understand that reaching out for support can be hard and requires much vulnerability, and I will do my very best to provide a supportive warm environment for you to do so.
