Lighthouse Wellness Centre
Lighthouse Wellness Centre offers Individual, Couple and Family Counselling for ages 3 years old and up. Our services are Counselling, Brainspotting, Therapeutic Play, EMDR, Mediation and Alternative Healing.

SERVICES
At Lighthouse Wellness Centre, we understand that every individual is unique and requires a personalized approach to treatment. With our experienced and licensed therapists and a wide range of therapy options, we offer tailored treatment plans that address your specific needs and concerns. COUNSELLING
During Lighthouse counselling sessions, we provide a space where healing comes from being heard, where growth and insight comes from shared experiences and where children, teens and adults are given a place to learn how to flourish.​
CHILDREN & ADOLESCENTS
When children are troubled and struggling to adapt, therapeutic play and and other counselling techniques tailored to them, offer a means to learn to solve problems, to get along with others and to develop the skills they need to grow and learn. Like any other language it takes practice and time to develop.
EMDR
EMDR encourages clients to briefly focus on the trauma memory while simultaneously experiencing bilateral stimulation (typically eye movements), which is associated with a reduction in the vividness and emotion associated with the trauma memories.
ALTERNATIVE HEALING
The use of non-mainstream practices in place of conventional medicine or treatment. Our bodies and our minds process life events and stressors differently than anyone else around us, resulting in different ailments, such as pain, discomfort or just causing our bodies to be out of balance.

Our team is here to help children, adolescents, adults and families work towards rebuilding their strengths, overcome challenges, improving communication, functioning in all areas of your life and all mental health concerns and diagnosis.
