Stress, anxiety, anger, self-doubt, sadness, grief, fear, relationships- these can sometimes be challenging to manage on your own. Although it may feel heavy, know that you are not alone. As a registered clinical social worker and psychotherapist, I offer compassion, empathy and genuine connection. I use evidence- based approaches such as CBT, CPT, EFT, MI, Mindfulness, and other interventions to look briefly into the past to uncover the root of the current problem.

Applying a trauma-informed, approach I help facilitate the processing of the emotional and psychological effects of trauma. Through a collaborative and client centered approach, I focus on empowering people, fostering resilience, and facilitating healing in a safe, non-judgmental and supportive environment. I hold space for your story, and support you in understanding the impact of trauma, exploring and managing emotional responses, and developing coping strategies to navigate barriers toward hope and healing
