More about me
Over the past few years I have practised in a wide variety of areas, such as depression, anxiety, stress management, emotion and mood regulation, distress tolerance, substance abuse, intimate partner and domestic violence, self-harm, and suicidal ideation. My therapeutic modalities include Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental, space for you to share your life’s worries, stressors, or traumatic experiences. I utilize a very holistic, person-centred approach in my practice, and working together, we will develop an overall treatment plan suited specifically to your needs, set realistic and manageable goals, and implement healthy strategies to manage any negative symptoms you may be experiencing.
I understand that it can be very difficult to reach out for help, and if you do so today, I am proud of you. I am here to walk beside you on your journey towards healing, peace, and overall well-being.
