More about me
I am a passionate advocate for child, parent, and family health, LGBTIQ2S and racial equity. I pride myself in offering high quality harm reduction and trauma-informed services and solutions for some of the most pressing issues we are faced with these days. I understand how easy it is to lose our way in the chaos of life, in the noise of unmet needs and mainstream advice. But I believe in the power of slowing down the chaos and coping creatively and intuitively. And this is the approach I take in my personal and profession life.

My therapeutic approach is empathetic, collaborative, and intuitive. I believe each person brings a lot to the table already. I simply walk with you through the process of self-discovery to help you recover hope, build on your coping tool kit and connect with resources. It can be intimidating to seek out counselling, but I encourage you to move past the fear and take the first steps to start a new journey of self-discovery and healing!
I have training in a wide variety of best practice and evidence-based treatment models including but not limited to, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, DBT, Solution-Focus Brief Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Level 2 Brainspotting and 200 hours of Yogaheart Yoga Training (YYT).

I am an approved provider for First Nations and Inuit Health Branch, Jordan’s Principle, and private fee for service clients.
