More about me

Throughout the last 6 years, I have practiced extensively with children, adolescents, and families in acute settings. I have worked with individuals of diverse backgrounds, whom are experiencing a wide variety of challenges. The majority of my practice focuses on anxiety disorders, depression, stress, ADHD, mood disorders, anger, self-esteem, relationship issues, suicidal ideation, self-harm, trauma, grief, and substance use/addictions. I also hold experience in suicide risk assessment.

My aim in therapy is to co-create an atmosphere that is receptive, safe for you to share, facilitates growth, and helps you work through your concerns/challenges at your own pace. My approach is to provide a space where you can feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are; a space where all emotions can exist, and all colours of language can be used.

Mental health issues can be challenging, exhausting and can feel hopeless. My hope is to hold a space for you to be able to work through challenges, connect with yourself, and reach your therapeutic goals by providing support as you work through your healing journey. We are all on some type of healing journey, and I look forward to being a part of yours!

I am currently accepting clients ages 5-17 years old.
